Chippy Nonstop

Chippy Nonstop creates a diverse range of music that blends elements of hip-hop, electronic, and pop. Chippy infuses her tracks with a mix of cultural influences and contemporary sounds. Her music typically combines vibrant rhythms with powerful lyrics, making it both danceable and thought-provoking.   

As a DJ, Chippy knows how to make the dance floor come alive, but her talents extend far beyond that. She is also a rapper, songwriter, writer, producer, activist, and community event organizer. Of Indian heritage, Chippy's background is a blend of diverse cultures—she was born in Dubai, grew up in Zambia, holds Canadian citizenship. Currently, Chippy is focused on new musical projects, including ‘Intersessions,’ an initiative she has created to support women and the LGBTQ+ community. Through this global workshop, she aims to promote balanced representation in the music industry.
